Yes!
We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, United Healthcare Harvard Pilgrim Alliance, Mass General Brigham, United Healthcare, Wellsense, Fallon, and MassHealth. We also accept private pay and can provide you with documentation to get reimbursed for out-of-nerwork services.
If you are using your insurance we will need a copy of your insurance card on file. Please email that to billing@grandboistherapy.com

You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate if you are paying for services out of pocket.
We store credit card information on file to process co-pays, co-insurances, and other required payments

Our sessions are 45 minutes in length, with 30-35 minutes reserved for direct treatment and the last 10 minutes reserved for patient / family feedback and documentation

Our AAC evaluations take place across multiple sessions and we prioritize involvement from the client’s family, educators, and other communication partners.
After the evaluation is complete we offer training to make sure the client, the family, and everyone involved feels comfortable moving forward.
